Some items you are thinking of packing may be dangerous to you and the crew, so please call Private Air before your travels if you’re unsure.
Regardless of where these items are stored, (i.e checked luggage, cabin baggage, or on your person) your declaration of all hazardous materials is mandatory, and carrying these substances may constitute an offense and can lead to legal action.
Samples of prohibited items:
- Briefcases with alarm devices.
- Gases (including camping gas).
- Corrosive materials like mercury or wet cell batteries.
- Explosives such as fireworks and flares.
- Flammable liquids like lighter fuel or gasoline.
- Flammable solids such as fire lighters and matches.

- Poisonous and infectious materials.
- Radioactive substances and magnetized items.
- Personal medical oxygen devices utilizing liquid oxygen.
